Reiju was founded in 1991, with "enthusiasm, innovation, efficiency and execution" as its business motto and the highest action standard.

The core idea of the enterprise is to implement target management and performance evaluation to achieve the goal of stable growth of revenue and profit, to continuously strengthen the professional ability of each colleague to improve the overall competitiveness, and to establish a high-quality construction team as the ultimate objective of the company.

Increased capital to NT$ 450 million.
Reconstructive project of the CIS brand; synchronously applied for registration of the trademark.
Won the Silver Medal of the TTQS (Taiwan training quality system)---the version of the business institution.
Application for 2 new patents was approved by Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Won the “9th Jinju Award” as the Top-10 outstanding corporation.

2008

The “Project of Daquan Wenmin” built by Fuhwa Construction Company won the “10th National Construction Gold Medal in the Construction Quality”.
The “Project of Chungsan Minsan” built by Qihwa Construction Company won the “10th National Construction Gold Medal in the Construction Quality”.

2007

In July, expanded to overseas market and obtained the project of “Melida Factory” in Santong Province.
Increased capital to NT$391,930,000 in Nov.
Awarded the honor of the “Grade A” appraised and audited by Construction and Planning Agency, Ministry of the Interior.
The “Project of Tamshui Station” built by Qihwa Construction Company won the “10th National Construction Gold Medal in the Construction Quality”.

1990

Being served as a member under the Lonban Conglomerate, and promoted from Grade B of the constructor to Grade A.

1983

The Company was founded with a capital of NT$3 million.
