Sanchih Culture and Education Foundation moved to No. 24 Chang'an Street, an old district, in December 2018. The building was originally an old warehouse that had been idle for 20 or 30 years. There were various problems such as water leakage, termites, overloaded wires, etc. At the beginning, we started the initial transformation with the partners of Fucheng Community, such as the re-organizing of electric wires, disinfection by pest control, and the arrangement of flower beds at the gate. However, due to funding problems, construction has not been possible in the face of large-scale projects. It was hoped that the project could transform it into a service center without leakage problem, where the children of Sanchih could be helped by the community at a local classroom closer to its headquarter. 

In mid-September, 2019, the renovation project of the second classroom after class in Sanchih Street was successfully completed, which would be a practical action to provide more space for Sanchih students after class.
