  • Improving construction quality has been one of the major objectives of Reiju. To this end, we’ve set up a competent unit, the Quality Center, for implementing the three levels of our quality management system. Level 1: Subcontractor carries out autonomous quality control; Level 2: Worksite quality organizes autonomous quality control; Level 3: the Quality Center carries out quality inspection. A dedicated person will supervise construction shortcomings on site, review and make improvements. Engineering personnel shall receive educational training, appropriately carry out shift training to improve employees and shift technical capability.
    Draw up quality control plan for inspection points at various stages of the project. And, in compliance with regular and irregular inspections and monthly/seasonally/yearly quality contest systems, carry out internal preliminary quality control upon work completion and turnover of houses to proprietors and continuously make improvements while fostering engineering quality in an all-round way.

    Employees are the core of the company’s production activities. They are the foundation of the company’s survival and development, and its management level directly reflects the company’s management level. Developing 6S management among grassroots employees directly impacts the company’s worksite management. Thanks to the joint efforts of all employees and subcontractors, worksite management has made the environment clean and tidy. This is a result of in-depth development of the employee 6S activities and effective management of materials and resources. At the worksite, all materials are properly and tidily stacked up. This surely maximizes work efficiency and employee morale and reduces resources wastage to the minimum. All employees and subcontractors have formed good work habits and improved behavior, thereby greatly mitigating the risk of disasters and helping achieve the objective of zero industrial accidents and disasters, and allow the company to safely pass the year without any accidents.
